Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set the rules for using the TMaché website and apps (the “Service”). They apply together with our Terms and Conditions, which cover buying and selling, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Using the Service
You may use the Service to browse, buy, sell and communicate about orders, in line with these rules and the law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Service for that purpose.
2. You agree not to
- Give false information, impersonate anyone, or create accounts to get around a suspension;
- Pay or ask for payment outside TMaché for an order placed on TMaché, or otherwise avoid buyer protection or fees;
- Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone, or send spam or unsolicited promotions through messages;
- Post content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, violent or hateful, or that reveals someone else’s private information;
- Post fake reviews, review your own store, or offer anything in exchange for a review;
- Scrape, crawl or copy the Service or its data by automated means, except search engines following our robots.txt;
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Service, interfere with it, upload malware, or overload it;
- Reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows;
- Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity.
3. Your content and zero tolerance for abuse
TMaché has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report any listing, store, review, message or user from the app or website, and block anyone so they can no longer contact you. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content and limit features if we believe it breaks these rules. To report content or a user, use Support and choose “Report a problem with a store or listing”.
4. Intellectual property
The TMaché name, logo, design and software belong to ServeMart or its licensors. Do not use them without our written permission. If you believe content on TMaché infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@servemart.app with: your contact details, the work you own, the link to the content, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act. We respond to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe and MonCashConnect (payments), OpenStreetMap (maps), and our hosting and email providers. Their own terms apply to your use of their services. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for them.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
7. Security
Use a strong, unique password. If you find a security issue, please report it privately to support@servemart.app and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
8. Enforcement
If you break these Terms of Use we may warn you, remove content, limit your account, or suspend or close it, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
